The World Report on Vision is directed at ministries of health, development agencies, civil society organizations and researchers, practitioners and policy-makers from the field of eye care.

Eye Care in Health Systems

The World Health Organization’s (WHO) Eye Care in Health Systems: Guide for Action aims to be a practical resource for countries to analyze, plan, implement, and review integrated people-centered eye care. It also links four tools (right) developed by WHO to support country planning.
